Fusion story
More leads.
One system.
Fusion Solar is a five-person solar installer in Cashel. Eoin rebuilt their website, runs their marketing and built the system that now runs the business, from the first click to the SEAI grant landing in the bank.
Before
Five places to look.
No single view.
Leads, documents, invoicing, SEAI grants and customer messages each lived somewhere different. Every job meant checking all of them, and every handover depended on someone remembering what was where.
- An old CRM
- Drive folders
- The accounts package
- The SEAI portal
Lead in, quote built, deposit paid, install scheduled, grant submitted, grant received, job closed. Every step on one screen.
The marketing
More people finding Fusion.
More of them getting in touch.
Before any of the office work, the job was bringing in more of the right enquiries, online and through the showroom door in Cashel.

the leads coming through the website
after the rebuild, with every one answered in minutes
- Website rebuiltA faster, clearer fusionsolar.ie, built to turn visitors into enquiries, with every form feeding straight into the system.
- Found on Google and in AI answersSearch and AI ranking work, so Fusion comes up when people around Tipperary look for solar, whether they search or ask an AI assistant.
- Social media, run for themRegular posts from real installs and real customers, and engagement that keeps climbing.
- More people through the showroom doorCampaigns that bring local customers into the Cashel showroom to see the panels and batteries for themselves.
- Ads aimed at the right jobsFacebook and Instagram campaigns for homes and businesses, each one tracked through to the jobs it actually won.
The office system
From the first enquiry
to the last grant payment.
What the system handles at each stage of a job, and what's left for a person to do.
- 01Every enquiry answered in minutes
Facebook lead ads and the website feed straight in. Within a couple of minutes an AI assistant replies on WhatsApp, asks the questions the office needs and books a callback into the diary.
The person rings at the agreed time with everything in front of them.- 02Quotes built and followed up
Quotes are built from the product list with the grant worked out. The system flags every quote due a follow-up, with the WhatsApp message ready to go.
Nobody has to remember which quotes have gone quiet.- 03Every job ready before the van leaves
Each job shows whether it's ready or blocked, and exactly what's outstanding. The crew's day sheet, with access notes and photos, goes to their WhatsApp in one tap.
Crew see the job, never the prices.- 04The grant paperwork, filled in from the job
Every install needs an NC6, a Declaration of Works, an Inspection and Test report, a Safe Electric cert and an SEAI submission. The system fills SEAI's own forms in from the job record, keeps every document in the job's folder, and fills the ESB NC6 form on the portal for a person to check and submit.
Hours of form filling per job, done from details already captured.- 05Grant money tracked until it lands
Every SEAI application is tracked from submitted to paid, oldest first. The SEAI portal export is matched against the jobs, so paid grants tick themselves off.
Invoice details are ready for the accounts package.- 06Every ad traced to the jobs it won
Each lead carries the campaign it came from, so the marketing report shows leads, quotes and jobs won per campaign. The owner sees the whole business on one screen.
Ad spend goes where the jobs come from.
The paperwork
The forms fill themselves in.
The details are captured once, at survey and install, and every form that needs them is filled from the same record. Someone checks it, it goes in, and the job moves on.

Every lead gets a reply within minutes now, even when we're all out on jobs. I open one screen and see every quote, survey and install, and the paperwork that used to take hours is done from what we've already put in. Eoin built it around how we actually work.
